Replace all one-off icon SVGs with a single Lucide icon set across web and mobile. We audited 94 unique icons: 61 have direct Lucide equivalents, 22 need minor tweaks, and 11 will be contributed upstream.

Keeping one-off SVGs and reviewing icons per feature.

Save roughly 120 KB from the production bundle, eliminate the per-icon design review step that currently adds two days to every feature branch, and give mobile parity so both platforms ship identical iconography
